Etihad Airways is offering options for ticketed guest on EY018, EY020 and EY026 for travel date on 22 January 2023

All tickets issued on 607 documents and impacted due to technical malfunction occurred, resulting in checking and transfer bags not being processed for flight EY018 / EY020 and EY026 only.

Rebooking

• Ticket should be reissued on or before 30 January 2023 with travel completed date on or before 30 January 2023
• Rebooking permitted on EY operated flights only.
• One change Free of charge and subsequent as per fare rule
• No fare difference to be charged for tickets reissued in the same RBD as the original booking
• Fare difference to be collected for all other scenarios
• No show fee applies when the guest(s) books on a flight which operates and is a no show.

Cancellation/Refund

• There is no waiver for refunds and the fare rule should be used to process the refund if requested
• Refund on partially utilized ticket must be calculated based on pro-rate of sector flown
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW001-2023 for fares LON”
