Etihad Airways offers the following options for guests affected by the weather condition in Medan, Indonesia and travelling between 28 November 2025 and 10 December 2025.

1. For non-cancelled flights:

Changes:

• Rebooking permitted on flights departing on/before 20Dec25
• Rebooking permitted on the lowest available RBD in the original cabin
• Rebooking is permitted on EY operated flight between KNO-AUH
• Difference in fare, change fees, no-show fees, and service charges are waived

Refund:

• Refund as per fare rules

2. Standard schedule change policy will apply in below situations:

• Flight cancellation
• Departure is earlier or delayed by 120 minutes or more from the scheduled departure time
• Misconnects an onward flight due to any schedule change

The PNR must be updated with the remark “CW018-2025 Weather conditions”
