Etihad Airways offers the following options for guests affected by the weather conditions in Sri Lanka and travelling between 28 November 2025 and 01 December 2025.

1.      For non -cancelled flights:

Changes:

• Rebooking permitted on flights departing +/ - 10 days of original flight
• Rebooking permitted on the lowest available RBD in the original cabin
• Rebooking is permitted on EY operated flight between CMB –AUH
• Difference in fare, change fees, No show fees, and service charges are waived

Refund:

• Refund as per fare rules

The PNR must be updated with the remark “CW017-2025 Weather conditions”

2.      Standard schedule change policy will apply in below situations:

• Flight cancellation
• Departure is earlier or delayed by 120 minutes or more from the scheduled departure time
• Misconnects an onward flight due to any schedule change
