Claim functionality for group bookings - for 1A (Amadeus) travel agencies only
Kindly note that due to data migration activities as part of our systems switch, the claim functionality for group bookings will be impacted from 27 February at 24.00 (GMT) until 9 March at 08.00 (GMT).
All current bookings will not be impacted. If you receive any new urgent group booking requests during this time for travel until 15 March, please reach out to your local Etihad Airways sales office.
