Our move begins. If your customers are flying with us during this time, please ask them to check terminal information carefully within 72 hours of their flight.
From 11am on 14 November
We’ve moved! All Etihad Airways flights will operate to and from Terminal A.
As we start to settle into our new home, we have some important information to share with you and your customers. You’ll find everything you need to know below or at etihad.com/TerminalAinfo.
Check flight information carefully
From 9 November until 11am on 14 November, we’ll operate flights from Terminal 3 and Terminal A, so it’s important guests check their flight information carefully before they head to the airport. Flights may depart from or land in a different terminal to the one shown on their booking confirmation.
The easiest way to find up to date flight information is to download the Etihad Airways app or visit etihad.com/manage.
Connections and transfers in Abu Dhabi
A shuttle bus service will operate for guests transiting in Abu Dhabi on a confirmed transfer itinerary who may need to move between terminals. There’s no need to leave the airport.
If a connecting flight departs from a different terminal, guests need to board the airside shuttle bus with plenty of time to reach their gate. Buses depart from Gate F in Terminal A, and Gate 29 in Terminal 3.
