Etihad continues to deliver a seamless travel experience for guests flying to the United States via the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Preclearance facility at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi.

All eligible US-bound flights will operate with full preclearance services, allowing travellers to complete immigration, customs and agriculture inspections before departure and arrive in the U.S. as domestic passengers.

Eligible guests flying in The Residence, First or Business class, as well as Etihad Guest Platinum and Emerald members, can enjoy the dedicated Etihad U.S. Preclearance Lounge, located conveniently within the terminal. Lounge access is also available for purchase, subject to availability.

Etihad currently serves Boston, Chicago, New York, Washington D.C., Atlanta and Charlotte, with onward connections across North America and beyond via our partner airlines, including Air Canada, American Airlines, JetBlue and Avianca.
