Please be advised that, effective 10 July 2026, group bookings PNRs for passengers travelling to Jeddah (JED) and/or Madinah (MED) for Umrah/Hajj departing from Soekarno–Hatta (CGK) will be processed at Etihad’s check‑in counter in Terminal 2F. The Terminal 2F counter will open 4 hours before scheduled departure time (STD) and close 2 hours before STD.

This change is implemented in accordance with:

• Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Transportation — Circular SE‑DJPU 12/2026; and
• Directorate General of Hajj and Umrah Management, Ministry of Hajj and Umrah — Circular SE‑153/BN/2026.

Note: group bookings to other destinations, as well as FIT bookings/PNRs, will continue to be accepted at Etihad’s Terminal 3 check‑in counter as usual.
