We are pleased to introduce Ziyarah, a partnership between Etihad Airways and DCT Abu Dhabi that provides complimentary medical travel insurance to international visitors arriving in Abu Dhabi.

Key details

• Coverage: Automatic medical travel insurance for up to 15 days; no application required.
• Eligibility: Guests on Etihad-operated services to Abu Dhabi whose point of origin and point of sale are outside the UAE. Stopover Programme guests are included.
• Booking requirements: Guest’s full name, email address and phone number must be entered at time of booking. Bookings missing any of these details will not qualify for the Ziyarah insurance programme.
• Underwriting and administration: The National Insurance Company – Daman (PureHealth).
• Validity: Coverage applies for travel dates from 01 July to 31 December 2026, regardless of ticket issue date.
