Etihad Airways offers the following options for guests impacted by the Middle East airspace closure. This applies to commercial EY tickets (607) issued on/before 13-Jun-2025. 

Conditions :

• Flights to/from TLV, AMM, BEY 
• Tickets issued on/before 13-Jun-2025 
• Original travel dates: 13-Jun-2025 to 15-Jun-2025 

Rebooking:

• Rebooking/ rerouting permitted to/ from CAI/IST (provided guest is eligible for entry) 
• Rebook on same or lowest RBD free of charge. 
• New travel date must be on/before 15-Jul-2025. 
• For any other scenarios, fare difference must be collected. 

Refund :

Applies to cancelled flights only: 

• Fully unutilised tickets - Full refund permitted with no penalty or service fee. 
• Partially unutilised tickets - Refund of the unused portion of the ticket (including unused taxes) permitted on prorate basis, with no penalty or service fee. 

The PNR must updated with the remark “CW010-2025 Middle East airspace closure”
