Etihad Airways offers the following options for guests impacted by Jetstar Asia service termination. This applies to commercial EY tickets (607) issued on/before 12-Jun-2025.

Rebooking:

• Rebooking permitted as per below table:

• New travel date must be same day or +/- 7 days from the original booking.
• Rebook on same or lowest RBD free of charge.
• Involuntary reissue must be completed by 31-Jul-2025.
• For any other scenarios, fare difference must be collected. 

Refund :

• Fully unutilised tickets - Full refund permitted with no penalty or administration fee.
• Partially unutilised tickets - Refund of the unused portion of the ticket (including unused taxes) permitted on prorate basis, with no penalty or administration fee.

The PNR must updated with the remark “CW009-2025 FOR JETSTAR ASIA FLT XXLN”
