Automatic GDS refund processing reinstated from 9 March

Further to our update on 6 March 2026, we can confirm that automatic refund processing via GDS will be reinstated with effect from Monday, 9 March 2026. Full activation is expected during the course of that day.

All eligible refunds can once again be processed directly through your GDS. Should any issues arise, Refund Applications via BSP Link —or through your local Etihad representative for ARC agents— remain available as an alternative and will be processed as quickly as possible.

We are also offering a 15% bonus for refunds processed to Etihad PayPlan (UATP). Complete the form on Etihad Hub or contact your account representative.
