Welcome to Etihad Connect: a platform dedicated to the Etihad Airways NDC (New Distribution Capability) programme.
We’re relaunching our NDC programme as part of our systems switch to the Amadeus Altéa Passenger Service System (PSS). Once they both go live from 9 March 2023, they’ll feature the latest NDC major release v21.3 that includes improved servicing capability and message future proofing commitment.
In the meantime, we’re establishing connections with a small number of agents and NDC Aggregators (Agent Technology Providers) to test and develop our NDC services.
When we’re done, we’ll reach out to more agents and provide additional information here to anyone who would like to be a part of our NDC programme.
