Etihad Airways offers the following options for guests, impacted by Salalah (SLL) flight cancellations. This applies to commercial EY tickets (607) for tickets issued on/before 06-Nov-2026.

Conditions:

• Flights to/from Salalah
• Impacted travel dates: 20-Nov-2026 to 23-Jun-2027 (both dates inclusive)

Changes:

• For point-to-point journeys, rebooking permitted on Etihad operated flights to/from Muscat (MCT)
• For connections, rebooking permitted on Etihad operated flights to/from Muscat (MCT), or on EY*3L (Air Arabia) to/ from Salalah (SLL)
• Rebooking is permitted free of charge in the lowest available RBD within the same cabin
• New travel dates must be +/- 7 days from the original flight
• All tickets to be reissued before 15-Dec-2026

Refund:

• Refunds are permitted for wholly unused tickets and associated EMDs
• For partially used tickets, refunds are permitted on a prorated basis
• Refund fees and service charges are waived

The PNR must be updated with the remark “CW013-2026 SLL cancellation”
