Update to No-Show Policy

We’re introducing an update that gives guests more time and flexibility when plans change.

From 23 April 2026, newly booked and reissued tickets will only be considered a no‑show at the scheduled time of departure.

Once the booking reaches the scheduled time of departure and is marked as a no‑show, standard fare conditions will apply
