We are excited to announce the arrival of our first Airbus A321LR, the first of 30 aircraft joining Etihad’s fleet. This aircraft brings our signature widebody luxury to short and medium-haul routes, transforming single-aisle travel. Luxury Redefined For the first time on a narrowbody aircraft, Etihad introduces First Suites along with lie-flat beds in both Business and First Class. The A321LR also features high-speed Wi-Fi for seamless streaming and browsing, plus enlarged overhead bins to provide additional luggage space.

144 spacious 18.4‑inch wide seats with 5‑inch recline, 13.3‑inch 4K touchscreens, USB, Bluetooth, and over 1,000 hours of entertainment, designed for comfort and space in a narrowbody cabin.
Business
Fourteen 1‑1 herringbone seats, ensuring direct aisle access, with fully flat 78‑inch beds, 17.3‑inch 4K screens, Bluetooth, wireless charging, aisle access, and personal storage, offering widebody business comfort.
First Suite
2 private suites with sliding doors, lie‑flat beds, 20‑inch 4K screens, Bluetooth, wireless charging, companion seating, and luxury services including concierge and chauffeur for an elevated First experience.
This aircraft is key to our Journey 2030 vision and supports Etihad’s rapid growth. Commercial service begins 1 August 2025, flying between Abu Dhabi and Phuket before expanding to Algiers, Chiang Mai, Copenhagen, Dusseldorf, Krabi, Medan, Phnom Penh, Tunis and more, reinforcing Abu Dhabi as a leading aviation hub.
