From 17 June 2026, guests can book access to thirdparty airport lounges worldwide through our new co‑branded site, powered by our partnership with LoungePair. Etihad‑operated lounges remain available exclusively through Etihad booking channels.

This launch introduces a flexible lounge access booking option that lets guests purchase lounge access in advance of travel, providing an additional way to enhance their airport experience.

How booking works:

  • Guests book their selected lounge access through the co‑branded site, accessible via Etihad.com (Lounge access page or Manage My Booking), or via the direct link below.
  • Payments are made securely to LoungePair using major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
  • A confirmation email is sent to the guest from LoungePair once payment is completed and the booking is confirmed.
  • Lounge access purchased via LoungePair is offered on a flexible basis, subject to lounge availability, rather than a fixed entry time or date.
  • All changes, cancellations, and refunds are managed by LoungePair, in line with the applicable lounge provider’s policy.
