Effective 26 June 2026, the complimentary shuttle service for transfers between Abu Dhabi Zayed International Airport, Dubai, and Al Ain can be booked after a flight ticket has been purchased.

This service can be booked via etihad.com. It is available only for guests travelling on Etihad‑operated flights and must be reserved at least 24 hours prior to departure. The complimentary shuttle applies to guests holding Economy and Business Value fares.

Agents may book the shuttle via etihad.com on behalf of their guests by recording.

Bookings will be recorded in the PNR as SSR SHTL.
