Etihad Airways offers the following options for flight cancellation to/from Osaka (KIX), Japan for the date range 22-Nov-2025 to 16-Mar-2026.

1.  Changes:

• Involuntary rebooking permitted on below flights departing +/- 7 days of original flight.
  • Jeju Air (7C) or Asiana Airlines (OZ) via Incheon (ICN), Korea.
  • Jetstar Japan (GK) via Narita (NRT), Japan.
• Rerouting from/to Incheon (ICN) or Narita (NRT) is also permitted.
• Same or lowest available RBD in the same cabin must be used.
• Rebooking must be completed within 60 days of notification.

2.  Refund:

• Full refund permitted

3.  Group bookings:

For group bookings, below are the available options:

• Full refund
• Reprotection on NRT route subject to availability. All reprotections must be completed by 05Aug25.

Conditions:

• All commercial tickets
• Tickets purchased on/before 22-Jul-2025

The PNR must updated with the remark- “CW012-2025 KIX flight cancellation”
