Select Etihad Airways flights to and from Amman (AMM), Beirut (BEY), Cairo (CAI), and Muscat (MCT) are now operated in partnership with GetJet Airlines or Airhub Airlines Limited.

Agent action required: All tickets with sectors on Amman (AMM), Beirut (BEY),  and Muscat (MCT) routes starting 01 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 and Cairo (CAI) route from 01 December to 15 December 2025 must be reissued.

Etihad offers the following options for Business guests impacted by this aircraft change on Amman (AMM), Beirut (BEY),  and Muscat (MCT) routes starting 01 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 and Cairo (CAI) route from 01 December to 15 December 2025:

Changes:

• Involuntary rebooking permitted on flights departing +/- 7 days of original flight.
• Rebooking is permitted on another EY operated flight.
• EY codeshare flights may be offered as an additional option exclusively for connecting itineraries on the affected sectors.
• Rerouting permitted as per the re-route table.
• Rebooking must be completed within 60 days of notification.
• If the guest travels in the downgraded cabin, he/she can claim for the fare difference or any compensation required by local regulations, post travel.

Refund:

• Refund permitted.

Conditions:

• Tickets purchased on/before 17-Nov-25.
• Applicable for tickets issued in business cabin only.
• Economy guests - changes/refund as per fare rules.
• Exception applies to POS US and Italy as per standard policy.

The PNR must be updated with the remark- “CW015-2025 Aircraft Change”
