Select Etihad Airways flights will be operated by GetJet and AirHub to and from Amman (AMM), Beirut (BEY), Cairo (CAI), and Muscat (MCT) starting 1 October 2025. 

Guests travelling on flights operated by GetJet or AirHub will be cared for by the partner airline’s crew, together with an Etihad team member onboard.

• Complimentary food and beverages will be provided in line with Etihad’s standards.
• Baggage allowances remain unchanged, as per the original ticket.
• Pre-purchased seats will be automatically reassigned.
• Emergency exit and bulkhead seats are available.
• Extra legroom seats and baby bassinets are not available.
• Business Class cabins are not offered on GetJet and AirHub flights.
• Etihad’s E-BOX Streaming entertainment will be accessible.
• Wi-Fi is not available.

Changes and refunds:

• For economy guests, changes and refunds will be permitted in accordance with the fare rules. Exceptions apply to POS US and Italy.
• For business guests who are downgraded, options are offered as per the Commercial Waiver policy. Agents must inform guests about the change and reissue the ticket to match the booking.
