Select Etihad Airways flights will be temporarily operated by GetJet and AirHub to and from Amman (AMM), Beirut (BEY), Cairo (CAI), and Muscat (MCT) starting 1 October 2025.

Changes and refunds:

• For economy guests, changes and refunds will be permitted in accordance with the fare rules. Exceptions apply to POS US and Italy.
• For business guests, two options are provided:
  • Option 1: Follow the Commercial Waiver policy. Agents must inform guests about the change and reissue the ticket to match the booking.
  • Option 2: Guests who accept the downgrade will receive a downgrade refund and monetary compensation as a voucher, while retaining all eligible services included in their original fare brand.

Actions required for option 2:

If the guest accepts the downgrade, please provide the PNR and updated guest details to centralsalessupport@etihad.ae after the first segment is flown.

Guests travelling on flights operated by GetJet or AirHub will be cared for by the partner airline’s crew, together with an Etihad team member onboard.

• Complimentary food and beverages will be provided in line with Etihad’s standards.
• Baggage allowances remain unchanged, as per the original ticket.
• Emergency exit and bulkhead seats are available.
• Extra legroom seats and baby bassinets are not available.
• Business Class cabins are not offered on GetJet and AirHub flights.
• Etihad’s E-BOX Streaming entertainment will be accessible.
• Wi-Fi is not available.
