We continue to follow UAE and international government and regulatory authority directives and are applying a contingency plan to assist affected customers.

To check up-to-date flight restrictions around the world, please visit the IATA Travel Centre.

As our network continues to grow, we know it’s important for your guests to have the freedom and flexibility to change their travel plans if they need to. So, we’ve removed all change fees for flights booked before 31 August 2020, for travel until 30 November 2020.

Due to government restrictions across our network, guests will only be permitted to carry a personal item on board, such as a handbag, backpack or laptop bag. This can weigh up to 5kg. Remaining cabin baggage can be checked in for free. This applies to tickets in Economy, Business and First.

Temperature screening is in operation at Abu Dhabi airport, and guests will be asked to wait two metres apart at all queuing points.

Strict isolation measures are in place across the UAE. When your guests arrive in Abu Dhabi, they must follow these carefully and self-isolate for 14 days. Read more

It is mandatory for all guests to wear a face mask when they travel.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our lounges in Abu Dhabi are closed. We will reopen them as soon as we can.
