When they’ve purchased their WorldPass, as an agent you can continue to book and manage flights for your guests as usual.
All flights booked with Etihad WorldPass can be cancelled or rearranged for free.

As an agent, you can book and manage flights with Etihad WorldPass in the same way that you would with any other ticket.
When your guest has purchased an Etihad WorldPass, book their flight using their name including the same Title, as it appears on their Etihad Guest account.
In the SSR field, enter EYTP, add their Etihad Guest number or Traveller ID and product reference number – this will be on the product purchase email. Check the examples below for more details.
After adding SSR EYTP, save the PNR and the ticket will be issued automatically by Etihad WorldPass.

That depends on the WorldPass product selected. We offer packages for individual or multiple travellers including six flights to a single destination, up to 20 flights to multiple destinations.
Your guest must purchase a WorldPass product at https://worldpass.etihad.com/. Then to book a flight for them, use the same name that appears on the guest’s Etihad Guest account. In the SSR field, enter EYTP, then add their Etihad Guest number or Traveller ID and product reference number. Check the examples above for more details.
Yes! WorldPass bookings are fully flexible, meaning that you can change or cancel them for free. We’ll simply credit the WorldPass voucher back to your guest’s account to use another time.
Tickets can be changed or cancelled up to one hour before the flight – the WorldPass will not be credited otherwise.

Agreement between you and Etihad
Please review these terms and conditions and the offered product details carefully before using the WorldPass website.
By accessing and using the WorldPass website, you agree to accept, without modification, limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions contained herein and incorporated (the "Agreement"). You represent and warrant you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the WorldPass website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
‘WorldPass’ means a product purchased on the WorldPass website or through a dedicated WorldPass support team, for a number of select destinations with Etihad Airways. WorldPass is a flexible product consisting of a package of flights which offer discounts to its users on Etihad Airways Business or Economy Class flight tickets to select destinations. Flexible means a flight can be booked or changed within the same booking class, or cancelled, free of charge, up to an hour before departure, throughout the validity of the WorldPass.
WorldPass is currently offered to individual in addition as a shared product and corporate users for own use as well as use by their nominated additional users only. This means once a guest (further referred to as “Traveller”) purchases a WorldPass product, that guest may add additional guests to his group of pre-defined users, and either one or all of them may use the WorldPass product in accordance to its terms and conditions. WorldPass product can only be shared[KA1] [NSP2] [NSP3] [NSP4] within the group of pre-defined users.
If any Traveler does not board a booked flight and/or fails to change or cancel the flight up to an hour before departure, the flight will be considered consumed and the appropriate number of flight tickets (vouchers) will be deducted from WorldPass balance without refund.
Etihad reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change the WorldPass product offering and its terms and conditions at any time without notice.
WorldPass products are subject to standard ticket fare rules and product terms and conditions and as detailed herein at all times.
WorldPass Support is a dedicated Etihad’s team available to provide support to the WorldPass users 24 hours, seven days a week. The team can be reached through email (WorldPass@etihad.com) or a phone number (+971 025112441).
A guest can purchase WorldPass product on the WorldPass website or through the WorldPass Support. Guests can choose from various products available on the WorldPass website, varying in number of flights packages with a choice to one destination only or multiple destinations within a region.
The standard Etihad Conditions of Carriage as available at [https://www.etihad.com/en-ae/legal/conditions-of-carriage] and implied incorporated herein, shall apply to any Traveler on individual or shared WorldPass products.
For conditions on use of debit and credit cards refer to Etihad Airways terms and conditions, and these are implied incorporated herein.
Etihad Guest membership
A guest must be an Etihad Guest member to be able to purchase a WorldPass product. The guest needs Etihad Guest credentials (username and password) to log in to the WorldPass website and be able to complete the purchase and/or manage the WorldPass product online. Any additional guests added to pre-defined group of users on a WorldPass product need not be Etihad Guest members.
To become an Etihad Guest member (if not already one), the primary user must complete the Enrolment Form on etihadguest.com and complete the enrollment process. For Etihad Guest terms and conditions and details on Etihad Guest membership refer to Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions.
The Etihad Guest number is personal and may only be used by the Traveller It is Traveller’s responsibility to take appropriate care of the Etihad Guest Card and the Etihad Guest number to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the WorldPass account.
Validity of every WorldPass product is stated on the WorldPass website and it applies from the date of purchase.
Etihad may declare the WorldPass product void and/or block it with immediate effect upon/in the event of:
i) request by the guest
ii) non-compliant use/misuse of the WorldPass product in Etihad’s reasonable discretion
iii) fraud or abuse of the WorldPass product in Etihad’s reasonable discretion
iv) payment disputes with the guest
v) any form of re-sell or distribution of the WorldPass product tickets by the guest in violation of the terms and conditions.
WorldPass product can be managed online on the WorldPass website. Traveler(s) logs in by using the Etihad Guest credentials. Traveller’s self-service options on the WorldPass website include ability to book a flight, change a booked flight and cancel it at any time up until an hour before the scheduled departure (after which and unless cancelled the flight will be considered consumed).
Traveller can book, change and/or cancel the flight only on the WorldPass website or by reaching out to the WorldPass Support. These options will not be available on etihad.com or Etihad Airways mobile app for the WorldPass guests.
Upon booking a flight on the WorldPass website, to check-in and select a seat or a meal, Traveller has to visit etihad.com or Etihad Airways mobile app, as these options are currently not available on the WorldPass website as of today. Alternatively, to perform these actions, Traveller can reach out to the WorldPass Support as well as Etihad Airways Contact Centre.
The user may add additional guests of any age group to the WorldPass product, however all prices are based on adult fares only. WorldPass product itinerary cannot be combined with any other itinerary.
Traveler can own more than one WorldPass product but cannot combine them in the same itinerary.
WorldPass products are for personal or corporate use by a pre-defined group of Travellers. Any form of re-sell, distribution or profiteering of the WorldPass products by a Traveller in violation of these terms and conditions and WorldPass policies is considered a breach, and will render the relevant WorldPass product (including any booked itinerary) as null and void without the possibility of a refund by Etihad.
Travel on Etihad Airways is subject to standard fare rules and Etihad’s Conditions of Carriage available at [https://www.etihad.com/en-ae/legal/terms-and-conditions] , and are implied incorporated herein.
Purchase of Upgrades and extras
WorldPass products are not eligible for certain extra value services:
o Travellers cannot bid for/purchase Upgrade on their booked flights.
o Travellers cannot bid for/purchase a Neighbor Free Seat (NFS) on their booked flights.
WorldPass Travellers can avail of any other extra ancillary service on etihad.com or Etihad Airways mobile app for additional applicable fees and charges.
WorldPass products are refundable within their validity period as described below.
WorldPass guest has to contact WorldPass Support to apply for a refund, if the product is still within the validity period. WorldPass Support team will assist with calculating the refund amount and processing the refund of the product.
Guest applying for a refund of any unutilized WorldPass product is eligible for a refund value of the amount paid for the product within validity period.
Guest applying for a refund of any partially-utilized WorldPass product, refunds shall be based on the products purchase price with the deduction of the coupons used for travel and travel completed, such travels to be valued at current full high season flexible fare of Y RBD and J RBD. Where the amount relating to completed travel is higher or equal to the purchase price, no refund will be made. For any product purchased with a 12-month validity, no refund will be given after 10-months have passed since original date of purchase of your WorldPass product.
Any refunds will only be through the original form of payment.
Modifications to the product
WorldPass website contains all the information and applicable details specific to a product, under the information icon appearing next to the product on the product search page, after conducting the preferred product search.
Etihad reserves the right to change, modify and cancel any WorldPass related services and product features at any time without notice.
In case Etihad cancels a route which is part of a purchased WorldPass product, the guest can choose to refund the product. The guest will be refunded an amount which corresponds to the value of unutilised vouchers. No refund fee will be charged in this case.
Modification of terms
Etihad Airways tries to ensure that the information contained in the WorldPass website is as accurate as possible. However, inaccuracies may arise from time to time. Etihad Airways accepts no responsibility for any errors in the information contained in the WorldPass website.
The WorldPass website contain, inter alia, information about the products and services Etihad Airways or a third party is offering. This information and all other material on the WorldPass website are provided in good faith. By using the WorldPass website you agree and acknowledge that Etihad may update, change or amend the Terms and Conditions and relevant policies and/or other information provided on the WorldPass website at any time without advance notice.
Changed terms and conditions will become effective once posted on the WorldPass website and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through WorldPass website. You should re-read these terms and conditions every time you visit the WorldPass website to ensure you are aware of all the relevant terms and conditions. Accordingly, your continued access and use of the WorldPass website after any change is deemed to be your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
The WorldPass website is owned by third party providers and operated by Etihad. While Etihad uses all reasonable endeavours to make the WorldPass website and associated services available, we cannot guarantee that the website will operate continuously or without interruption.
The WorldPass website may contain links and pointers to internet sites maintained by third parties. Etihad does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on such third-party sites. Third-party links and pointers are included solely for your convenience, and do not constitute any endorsement or assumption of liability by us. You assume sole responsibility and liability for use of third-party links and pointers.
Disclaimer of warranties, Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
Etihad makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the WorldPass website or the contents and, to the fullest extent permissible under the law, disclaims all such representations and warranties.
Your access to and use of software and other materials on, or through, the WorldPass website is solely at your own risk. Etihad makes no warranty whatsoever about the reliability, stability or virus-free nature of such software.
As a condition of use of the WorldPass website, you agree to indemnify us from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorney's fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of the WorldPass website, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions.
Subject to applicable law, under no circumstance is Etihad responsible for any direct or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings or revenue, or loss or corruption of data or information) which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the WorldPass website whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes any information, products or services obtained through or any contract entered into via the WorldPass website, but excludes carriage by air performed by Etihad in respect of any ticket obtained using the booking engine provided in the WorldPass website, which is subject to the conditions of carriage and applicable international conventions.
When using the WorldPass website you agree:
· to use it solely to determine the availability of products and services offered by Etihad and to assist you to transact business with us. You agree to use the WorldPass website only for personal, non-commercial use.
· to use the WorldPass website’ services to make only legitimate transaction purposes.
· not to make any false or fraudulent transactions. Etihad may cancel, without notice, all transactions that are not consistent with Etihad policy.
· not to deface, alter or interfere with the front end "look and feel" of the WorldPass website or the underlying software code.
· not to take any action which will impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the WorldPass website or related infrastructure.
· to all of our terms and conditions of purchase, including, but not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due and compliance with all rules concerning availability of fares, products, or services. All fees, assessments, charges, taxes and duties arising out of use of the WorldPass website are your sole responsibility.
· not to do anything which will or might damage, interfere with, disrupt access to, interrupt or impair the functionality of the material available on the WorldPass website, nor to upload any material that contains any computer viruses or other codes, files or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software or equipment.
· not to post, distribute or otherwise upload any defamatory, libellous, offensive, infringing, obscene, indecent, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, racially or ethnically objectionable or otherwise unlawful material or information or send any chain letters, junk mail, 'spamming' material or any other form of bulk communication.
· not to threaten, harass, stalk, abuse, disrupt or otherwise violate the rights of others, including individuals' privacy rights.
· not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the WorldPass website or any private or member account areas on the WorldPass website, nor to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with another person.
· not do, cause or permit anything to be done that may infringe, damage or interfere with any intellectual property rights of Etihad nor any of our associated companies or third parties. Also, not to do anything that is otherwise unlawful or which may create any liability on the part of Etihad.
· violate this Agreement or any applicable legislation in any other manner
· to have read, acknowledged and accept the product details and terms and conditions as listed on the website.
If Etihad considers that you have breached any of these terms and conditions or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct when using WorldPass website, Etihad reserves the right to:
· warn you that you have breached these terms and conditions, and ask you to stop such conduct;
· delete any material or content which you may have posted without notice to you;
· take measures (including terminating, suspending or restricting your access) to, and preventing you from using the WorldPass website;
· cancel any transactions without refund that you may have with Etihad without reference to you;
· report your activities to service providers such as internet, mobile, or telecom providers, and/or relevant authorities;
· take legal action against you.
Copyright and trademarks
All content of the WorldPass website is subject to copyright.
The WorldPass website is for the Traveller’s personal and non-commercial use. Traveller will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, any intellectual property, software, products or services obtained from the WorldPass website.
Etihad, Etihad WorldPass and any other product, logo, mark or trade names of Etihad referenced in the WorldPass website are our trade marks or registered trade marks. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
By including additional guests to a WorldPass product, the individual or corporate user agrees that you are providing personal information of all guests and thereby have their explicit consent to provide this personal information to Etihad on their behalf. In the event of any claims against Etihad relating to providing personal data without appropriate consent, the individual or corporate user shall fully indemnify and hold Etihad harmless.
The Traveller(s) consents that their personal information has been obtained freely to be collected, used or processed by Etihad for purpose of WorldPass.
Choice of law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between the guests – Traveller(s) and Etihad are governed by laws of United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Your use of the WorldPass website and the Etihad terms and conditions is subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Etihad reserves the right to bring proceedings to the courts of the country of your location.
