When they’ve purchased their TravelPass, as an agent you can continue to book and manage flights for your guests as usual.
All flights booked with Etihad TravelPass can be cancelled or rearranged for free.

As an agent, you can book and manage flights with Etihad TravelPass in the same way that you would with any other ticket.
When your guest has purchased an Etihad TravelPass, book their flight using their name as it appears on their Etihad Guest account.
In the SSR field, enter EYTP, add their Etihad Guest number or Traveller ID and product reference number – this will be on the product purchase email. Check the examples below for more details.
After adding SSR EYTP, save the PNR and the ticket will be issued automatically by Etihad TravelPass.

Guests can search and pay for TravelPass products at travelpass.etihad.com.
That depends on the TravelPass product selected. We offer packages for individual or multiple travellers including six flights to a single destination, up to 20 flights to multiple destinations.
Your guest must purchase a TravelPass product at travelpass.etihad.com. Then to book a flight for them, use the same name that appears on the guest’s Etihad Guest account. In the SSR field, enter EYTP, then add their Etihad Guest number or Traveller ID and product reference number. Check the examples above for more details.
Yes! TravelPass bookings are fully flexible, meaning that you can change or cancel them for free. We’ll simply credit the TravelPass voucher back to your guest’s account to use another time.
Tickets can be changed or cancelled up to one hour before the flight – the TravelPass will not be credited otherwise.
Yes, every time someone flies with TravelPass, they’ll earn Etihad Guest Miles.
Depending on the TravelPass product, they’ll also be rewarded with an instant Etihad Guest Tier upgrade, 25% bonus miles or 5kg of extra baggage.

Agreement between you and Etihad
Please review these terms and conditions and the offered product details carefully before using the TravelPass website.
By accessing and using the TravelPass website, you agree to accept, without modification, limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions contained herein and incorporated (the "Agreement"). You represent and warrant you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the TravelPass website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
‘TravelPass’ means a product purchased on the TravelPass website or through a dedicated TravelPass support team, for a number of select destinations with Etihad Airways. TravelPass is a flexible product consisting of a package of flights which offer discounts to its users on Etihad Airways Business or Economy Class flight tickets to select destinations. Flexible means a flight can be booked or changed within the same booking class, or cancelled, free of charge, up to an hour before departure, throughout the validity of the TravelPass.
TravelPass is currently offered for an individual use only. This means once a guest purchases TravelPass product, that guest has to be the only product user and traveler (further referred to as “Traveler”). TravelPass product cannot be transferred or shared.
If the Traveler does not board a booked flight and/or fails to change or cancel the flight up to an hour before departure, the flight will be considered consumed and the appropriate number of flight tickets (vouchers) will be deducted from TravelPass balance without refund.
Etihad reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change the TravelPass product offering and its terms and conditions at any time without notice.
TravelPass products are subject to standard ticket fare rules and product terms and conditions and as detailed herein at all times. .
TravelPass Support is a dedicated Etihad’s team available to provide support to the TravelPass users 24 hours, seven days a week. The team can be reached through email (email@example.com) or a phone number (+971025112441).
A guest can purchase TravelPass product on the TravelPass website or through the TravelPass Support. Guests can choose from products available on the TravelPass website, varying in number of flights packages with a choice to one destination only or multiple destinations within a region.
The debit/credit card should be in the name of the guest who is Traveler and the same card must be carried at the time of travel, together with a form of identity, for verification at airport check-in. If the cardholder is not the travelling passenger, then the Traveler must present a clear copy of the payment card upon check-in. For other conditions on use of debit and credit cards refer to Etihad Airways terms and conditions, and these are implied incorporated herein.
Etihad Guest membership
A guest must be an Etihad Guest member to be able to purchase a TravelPass product. The guest needs Etihad Guest credentials (username and password) to log in to the TravelPass website and be able to complete the purchase and/or manage the TravelPass product online.
To become an Etihad Guest member (if not already one), the user must complete the Enrolment Form on etihadguest.com and complete the enrollment process. For Etihad Guest terms and conditions and details on Etihad Guest membership refer to Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions.
The Etihad Guest number is personal and may only be used by the Traveller. It is Traveller’s responsibility to take appropriate care of the Etihad Guest Card and the Etihad Guest number to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the TravelPass account.
Validity of every TravelPass product is stated on the TravelPass website and it applies from the date of purchase.
Etihad may declare the TravelPass product void and/or block it with immediate effect upon/in the event of:
i) request by the guest
ii) non-compliant use/misuse of the TravelPass product in Etihad’s reasonable discretion
iii) fraud or abuse of the TravelPass product in Etihad’s reasonable discretion
iv) payment disputes with the guest.
TravelPass product can be managed online on the TravelPass website. Traveller logs in by using the Etihad Guest credentials. Traveller’s self-service options on the TravelPass website include ability to book a flight, change a booked flight and cancel it at any time up until an hour before the scheduled departure (after which and unless cancelled the flight will be considered consumed).
Traveller can book, change and/or cancel the flight only on the TravelPass website or by reaching out to the TravelPass Support. These options will not be available on etihad.com or Etihad Airways mobile app for the TravelPass guests.
Upon booking a flight on the TravelPass website, to check-in and select a seat or a meal, Traveller has to visit etihad.com or Etihad Airways mobile app, as these options are currently not available on the TravelPass website as of today. Alternatively, to perform these actions, Traveller can reach out to the TravelPass Support as well as Etihad Airways Contact Centre.
Infant(s) cannot be added to the TravelPass ticket.
TravelPass product itinerary cannot be combined with any other itinerary.
Traveller can own more than one TravelPass product but cannot combine them in the same itinerary.
Travel on Etihad Airways is subject to standard fare rules and Etihad’s Conditions of Carriage available at [https://www.etihad.com/en-ae/legal/terms-and-conditions] , and are implied incorporated herein.
Purchase of Upgrades and extras
TravelPass products are not eligible for certain extra value services:
TravelPass Travellers can avail of any other extra ancillary service on etihad.com or Etihad Airways mobile app for additional applicable fees and charges.
TravelPass products are refundable within their validity period.
TravelPass guest has to contact TravelPass Support to apply for a refund, if the product is still within the validity period. TravelPass Support team will assist with calculating the refund amount and processing the refund of the product.
Guest applying for a refund of an unutilised TravelPass product is eligible for a refund value of the amount paid for the product.
Guest applying for a refund of a partially-utilised TravelPass product will be refunded the value of unutilised vouchers minus a refund fee. Please note:
The refund value will be refunded through original form of payment.
