Updated 4 April 2021, passengers travelling on a direct flight from any of the countries or regions listed below, or taking part in the National Vaccination Programme in the UAE and travelling from any of the countries or regions listed below, will be exempt from quarantine requirements on arrival into Abu Dhabi:
Guests from these countries must take a COVD-19 PCR test on day 6 and day 12 of their arrival into Abu Dhabi. If guest is part of the National Vaccination Programme they’ll only need to take a COVID-19 PCR test on day 6. Tourist visas issued in Dubai or other emirates will be accepted if they originate from a green country. Read more.
Arriving from other destinations
All other guests arriving from other destinations will be required to self-isolate at home or their hotel for 10 days and wear a medically approved wristband when they arrive in Abu Dhabi. Guests travelling from a country deemed high-risk by the UAE authorities may be subject to quarantine in a government facility.

Guests in quarantine are required to repeat a COVID-19 PCR test on day 8 of their arrival in Abu Dhabi. Subject to a negative test result, their wristband will then be removed on day 10. Children under 12 are exempt from testing unless they show symptoms of Coronavirus.
