Guests can change or cancel flights impacted by recent travel restrictions introduced in Shanghai. The following policy applies for tickets issued to and from Shanghai on or before 30 January 2022, for travel on or before 31 March 2022. 

Rebooking

• Rebook on any Etihad operated by Etihad flights from and to Shanghai for travel on or before 30 September 2022
• Entry restrictions must be observed and checked before rebooking
• Changes are free of charge
• No fare difference to be charged for tickets reissued in the same RBD
• Fare difference to be collected if rebooked on higher RBD/booking class
• No show fee applies when guests book themselves on a flight which operates and they do not show up
• Please ensure the PNR and endorsement is updated with the remark "INVOL CW001-2022 PVG flight restriction”

Cancellation/Refund

• Free refunds are permitted for all impacted guests by this restrictions due to travel on or before 31 March 2022
• A refund on partially used tickets must be calculated on a pro-rata basis of the sectors flown
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark "INVOL CW001-2022 PVG flight restriction”
