Etihad Airways is offering the following options for Passengers who have purchased  tickets on and before 07 October 2023 with outbound travel date on or before 30 November 2023 or passengers who have purchased tickets on and before 25 October 2023 with outbound travel between 01 December 2023 to 07 January 2024 for fares from and to USA to Indonesia.

Fully unutilized tickets

• Request for the full refund with no penalty or administration fee

Partially unutilized tickets

• Refund the unused portion of the ticket with no penalty or administration fee along with the unused taxes. Kindly calculate the refund on the prorate basis.

Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW009-2023 FOR WAMOS AIR EQUIPMENT CHANGE”
