Guests can change or cancel flights impacted by Flight cancellations, Government restrictions or ban,  Capacity restrictions and Test results not fit to travel. Etihad Airways is offering these options for tickets issued from and to China on or before 31 December 2022 for travel on or before 31 December 2022.

Rebooking

• Rebook on any Etihad operated flights from and to China on or before 31 December 2022, for travel on or before 31 March 2023.
• Unlimited Free changes
• No fare difference to be charged for tickets reissued in the same RBD as the original booking.
• Fare difference to be collected for all other scenarios
• No show fee applies when the guest(s) books themselves on a flight which operates and is a no show

Cancellation/Refund for tickets issued on or before 31-Dec-22

• Refund is permitted FOC for all guest impacted
• Refund on partially utilized ticket must be calculated based on pro-rate of sector flown
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark “CW003-2022 CN flight/seat cancellation”
