Guests can change or cancel flights impacted by flight cancellation between Europe -Sri Lanka.  The following policy applies for tickets issued on or before 15 July 2022, for travel on or before 15 August 2022.

Rebooking

• All ticket should be reissued on/before 31 August 2022 
• Free of charge rebooking for the cities (O&D) shown on the tickets for travel on/before 15 December 2022 
• No fare difference to be collected if rebooked on same RBD • Difference in fare to be collected for all other scenarios 
• No show fee applies when the guest(s) book themselves on a flight which operates and is a no show.
•  Please ensure the PNR and endorsement is updated with the remark "CW005-2022 LK Waiver"

Cancellation/Refund for tickets issued on or before 15 July  2022

• Free refunds are permitted for all impacted guests 
• A refund on partially used tickets must be calculated on a pro-rata basis of the sectors flown
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark "CW005-2022 LK Waiver”
