As part of our recovery strategy, and so that we can ensure we operate a competitive cost model, we have taken the tough but necessary decision to reduce our base commission for travel agents in Australia and New Zealand to 1% for Economy and 2% for First and Business bookings from 1 July 2022.

This decision has not been taken lightly and we remain committed to working with our valued travel agent community on this transition to a more sustainable partnership that ensures our mutual success.
