Cancellation of our Cape Town service

Our service between Abu Dhabi and Cape Town via Johannesburg has been cancelled as the required regulatory approvals have not been granted.

We understand how disappointing this will be to our valued travel agent partners and guests, and we apologise for the inconvenience. Our teams are actively reaching out to affected travellers to provide them with alternative travel options or full refunds.

Booked guests will be eligible for a rebooking or a full refund as per our Cape Town waiver policy.

There is no change to our new service between Abu Dhabi and Johannesburg commencing on Thursday 25 November, which has been approved.
